NEW SEASON. The Petra Ruffle Kids Dress in Desert Rainbow is a heritage Vansiio; Thread design, featuring soft tulle frills that graduate in size towards the hem, creating a beautiful ombr�� effect. Designed with delicate ruffled trims adorn the neckline and armholes, while layered tulle and net in the skirt add volume��ideal for twirling.
