Made from soft chiffon, the loose-fitting silhouette offers a floaty, ethereal look. Designed with puff sleeves with gathered frill cuffs, a ruffled skirt tier, and chiffon ruffles at the neckline and under-bust seam complete the enchanting design The perfect dress to pack for your holiday.
